Terms and Conditions of the Service

Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Services

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website nuvio.group (hereinafter: the "Website") operated by TRIKPAY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the "Administrator").
  2. The Website is of an informational and marketing nature: it presents NUVIO solutions (in particular the loyalty program and payment solutions) and enables contact via the contact form.
  3. The Website is not an online store and does not allow placing orders or concluding sales agreements via the Website.

§ 1 Definitions

  1. Administrator – TRIKPAY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Wrocław (52-326), ul. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 4/3, NIP: 8943162789, REGON: 387922478, KRS: 0000878223; e-mail: sales@nuvio.group.
  2. Website – the website available at the nuvio.group domain, including informational and contact subpages.
  3. User – any person using the Website.
  4. Contact Form – a functionality allowing to send an inquiry to the Administrator.
  5. NUVIO Loyalty Service – a separate service available, inter alia, at the address indicated on the Website; provided on the basis of separate terms and conditions and privacy policies.
  6. Content – any materials made available on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, page layout, interface elements, etc.).

§ 2 Scope and nature of the Website

  1. The Website is used in particular for:
    1. presenting information about NUVIO solutions;
    2. providing a contact channel (contact form);
    3. directing the User to external services and resources.
  2. The information contained on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but merely an invitation to contact.
  3. Any agreements regarding services are concluded outside the Website – on the basis of separate documents.

§ 3 Technical conditions for using the Website

  1. To use the Website, a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies are required.
  2. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Website works properly in popular web browsers.

§ 4 Rules of use

  1. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, good morals, and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. It is forbidden to provide unlawful content, attempt to interfere with the operation of the Website, and use the Website for spam purposes.
  3. The Administrator may temporarily restrict access to the Website due to maintenance, updates, or failures.

§ 5 Contact form and communication

  1. The contact form allows the User to send an inquiry to the Administrator.
  2. The User should provide data enabling a return contact (e.g., e-mail address) and the content of the inquiry.
  3. The Administrator responds to inquiries within a reasonable time.
  4. Sending the contact form does not constitute the conclusion of any agreement.

§ 6 External links and separate services

  1. The Website may contain links to external websites and services.
  2. The use of external services is subject to the rules set out in the terms and privacy policies of those services.
  3. The NUVIO Loyalty Service is provided on the basis of separate terms and conditions and a separate privacy policy.

§ 7 Intellectual property

  1. All rights to the Website and Content belong to the Administrator or third parties who have granted appropriate licenses.
  2. Use of the Content is permitted solely for personal use. It is forbidden to copy, distribute, modify, or use the Content for commercial purposes without the Administrator's consent.

§ 8 Liability and security

  1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is up to date, however, it may be subject to change.
  2. The Administrator is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from reasons beyond their control.
  3. The User should apply appropriate security measures.

§ 9 Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Website can be submitted to: sales@nuvio.group.
  2. The notification should contain a description of the problem and data allowing for a return contact.
  3. The Administrator shall process the complaint within no more than 14 business days.

§ 10 Personal data and cookies

  1. The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the documents: Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy of NUVIO Loyalty.

§ 11 Final provisions

  1. The governing law for these Terms and Conditions is Polish law.
  2. The Administrator may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons. Changes take effect on the day of their publication on the Website.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Website in a form that allows them to be recorded.
  4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on February 24, 2026.
